We’re growing again at Sage Age Strategies and excited to present these exceptional new members of our award-winning team. All have joined us in the past quarter and are already making significant contributions to our ever-growing list of senior living and senior care client-partners nationwide. We proudly introduce:
Deborah Potter, Vice President of Client Services
As Vice President of Client Services and a member of the Sage Age Executive Team, Deborah provides senior-level interface between Sage Age Strategies and the leadership of our client-partners nationwide. In this capacity, she has overall responsibility for the performance of client-facing Sage Age personnel and projects, as well the “health” of the relationships between Sage Age and our senior living clients.
The most senior person dedicated to client service excellence at Sage Age, Deborah is responsible for all client activity as well as representing “the voice of the client” and ensuring that all client organizations receive appropriate and professional counsel and service from our account management staff.
Deborah has a rich history in the senior living industry where she has achieved an impressive record of success at every level. Her twenty-five-year career has included Alzheimer's care management and training, administration in assisted living, CCRC sales, CCRC sales management, and sales and marketing consultation. A graduate of Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and English, Deborah went on to attain her master’s degree in Sociology from the University of Denver.
Fun Fact: “I have the same number of animals as I have children: 5! My very favorite place on earth is the Rocky Mountains, and my favorite meal is spaghetti and meatballs, which I could eat every single day.”
Jason McCloud, Executive Director of Integrated Marketing & Communications
In his new role as Executive Director of Integrated Marketing & Communications at Sage Age, Jason brings industry-leading knowledge, innovation and precision marketing skills to our client-partners.
Under Jason’s direction, a priority objective at Sage Age is to continue to elevate our integrated marketing capabilities to the very highest levels of performance for our client-partners and to be the clear leader in senior living digital growth strategy.
Over the past 12 years, Jason has held leadership positions with two of the nation’s biggest names in the senior living provider space, as well as a key management role with one of the country’s leading national referral organizations for consumers. As an experienced online strategy professional, he possesses years of hands-on experience in all aspects of digital and integrated marketing, including extensive knowledge of SEM, SEO, lead acquisition and lead response management.
Fun Fact: “I worked for a member of Congress for six years. I love to travel and have been to forty states and 10 countries.”
Brittany Moore, Account Manager
As an Account Manager with Sage Age, Brittany works closely with our clients to help activate and execute various marketing plan projects and provide reporting and feedback on the success of these tactics.
Brittany was previously a Senior Account Supervisor with a marketing agency where she specialized in marketing efforts for consumer-packaged goods companies. She was responsible for monitoring the quality of initiatives from inception through execution while managing all details, timelines and budgets. In addition, Brittany supervised a team of Account Managers and served as a point of escalation for account and execution concerns while working with the leadership team and appropriate business units to provide solutions.
Brittany is a graduate of Southwest Baptist University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Public Relations and a minor in Communications.
Fun Fact: “I like to explore new restaurants and venues locally as well as when I travel, especially if cheese is involved!”
Jordan Musheno, Media Specialist
Jordan's position as a Media Specialist is crucial to ensuring that our client-partners’ marketing campaigns achieve both optimal results and cost efficiency. His role requires meeting deadlines and managing quick turnarounds, skills that he honed working as a newspaper editor.
Jordan's primary responsibility is the accurate and timely delivery of your senior living community’s message in a variety of formats – from traditional print to outdoor signage, TV and radio commercials and digital advertising. Working closely with our project managers and various media organizations, he delivers and tracks your message in accordance with your community’s media plan and helps evaluate results. Jordan also handles media research, distribution of public relations materials and preparation of new projects for clients.
Jordan holds an associate degree in Digital Filmmaking and Video Production from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.
Fun Fact: “I worked as a 35mm projectionist at a movie theater for several years and developed an interest in collecting the restorations of previously lost or undiscovered film prints."
Jessica Steinbacher, Quality Assurance Specialist
In her position of Quality Assurance Specialist, Jessica plays a critical role in ensuring the quality, accuracy and brand integrity of all materials created for our client-partners.
Specifically, she is responsible for proofreading and editing a large variety of creative copy that includes advertisements, flyers, brochures, blogs, web content, direct mail pieces, logos, landing pages and more. For each item, she reviews grammar, spelling, spacing, trademarks, web addresses, phone numbers and social media accounts with meticulous detail. In addition, Jessica makes sure that each client-partner’s specified guidelines and stylistic preferences are strictly adhered to in terms of style, voice, punctuation and accuracy.
A graduate of Lock Haven University in Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in English Writing, she gained valuable experience in copywriting and editing with a regional newspaper prior to joining Sage Age. While at the newspaper, she wrote articles for the Lifestyle and Education sections and also had responsibility for preparing the paper’s Obituary page.
Fun Fact: “My animals (and my husband) are my entire world. We adopted Delilah Moon, a Black Labrador/Beagle mix, on Black Friday 2012; adopted Luna Petunia, our tiger-striped cat, in August 2015; and rescued Schala Kidd, our dog who looks like a fox, in May 2016.”
