Riverside Senior Life Communities in Illinois is owned and operated by Riverside Medical Center, an award-wining hospital system. Riverside Senior Life Communities was seeking a strategic marketing partner to develop and implement a cohesive brand for its senior living communities, as well as to assist with census enhancement strategies for its existing continuing care retirement community and pre-marketing efforts for its newest community, which offers state-of-the-art Assisted Living and Memory Care.
After being selected as Riverside’s partner for strategic growth, Sage Age Strategies began to develop the brand image and positioning to appropriately reflect the organization’s goals and then created marketing collaterals to highlight their communities. In addition, Sage Age created a pre-marketing strategy that included several key elements: targeted advertising; compelling marketing messages; media planning and placement services including price negotiation; website development; and online marketing initiatives including SEO optimization, Google analytics reporting and social media initiatives. Sales training and support was also provided to the Riverside Senior Life Communities sales and marketing teams.
Sage Age continues to work with Riverside Senior Life Communities to reach the organization’s target sales and marketing goals, such as increasing census at its existing Kankakee community and generating leads and deposits for its brand-new, Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Bourbonnais.
